Kirsty Gogan is co-founder of Terra Praxis, a non-profit focused on scalable strategies for prosperity and clean energy growth, and managing partner of LucidCatalyst, an international consultancy advising the world’s largest energy users, and both with a special focus on accelerating commercialisation and deployment of advanced fission and fusion. Kristian Vigenin

Kristian Vigenin is a Member of the European Parliament from Bulgaria and Head of the Bulgarian Delegation within the Progressive Alliance of Socialists and Democrats (S&D). He is a full member of the Committee on the Environment, Climate and Food Safety (ENVI) and the Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs (LIBE). Maxim Serezhin

Maxim is a real estate development principal with over 14 years of experience in commercial real estate development focusing on New York, Florida, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. As managing principal Maxim oversaw the critical financial, legal, and strategic decisions within the general partnerships of noteworthy projects that include 150 Wooster, 111 W 57th, 39 East 72nd Street, 9 DeKalb in New York City and Monad Terrace in Miami with combined budgets over $2 billion.
In 2018 Maxim founded Standard Power and was its CEO. Standard Power is an industrial development company that focuses on developing retired industrial facilities on brownfields across the United States into advanced data center campuses. The projects create local jobs and economic welfare in areas that would otherwise struggle to attract investment and include the redevelopment of a retired paper mill in Coshocton, Ohio, a retired coal fired power plant in Conesville, Ohio, and a behind-the-meter partnership with Energy Harbor to develop a data center campus within the grounds of their Beaver Valley nuclear generation facility. Standard Power is in the process of developing over 2,700 megawatts of data center infrastructure across its sites. Leveraging the success of Standard Power Maxim has founded Cybernetic Intelligence, a company focusing on vertically integrated compute systems for Classified level data centers. Cybernetic Intelligence is developing sites in Maryland, Virginia, Bulgaria, and Bahrain totaling more than 5 GWs in planned compute capacity.

Wojciech Dabrowski

Wojciech Dąbrowski the president of think tank the SET Foundation and a member of the Council for Energy and Natural Resources under the President of the Republic of Poland. His is an experienced manager with a long-standing background in leading large capital groups, as well as in government and local administration. Jan Blomgren

Jan Blomgren is CEO and founder of INBEx (Institute of Nuclear Business Excellence), providing independent nuclear executive advice and business leadership training globally. The INBEx team comprises over 20 former CEOs, Director Generals and similar.
He was the youngest professor ever in Sweden in nuclear physics, holding the chair in applied nuclear physics at Uppsala University. His research was focused on neutroninduced nuclear reactions, an area in which he has published over 200 papers in refereed international journals and conference proceedings.
When plans to build new nuclear power in Sweden were initiated, he was recruited to Vattenfall, one of the largest nuclear power operators in Europe. Jonathan Wright

Jonathan Wright has been working with nuclear fuel development for over 25 years in a variety of roles including technical leadership, strategy development and departmental management. In recent years he has been working with TRISO fuel irradiation experiments for Westinghouse and USNC, now called Standard Nuclear. He was a Fellow Engineer and head of the Westinghouse Fuel Materials Centre of Excellence where he coordinated global R&D membership of international programs. Prior to joining Westinghouse he helped develop MOX fuel at BNFL, and was for three years a secondee to the Halden Reactor Project in Norway. He continued to work on advanced fuel pellet at Westinghouse, BWR cladding and more recently ATF coated cladding plus TRISO fuel for micro reactors. Mr. Wright holds a Masters and undergraduate degree in Chemistry from Oxford University and an MBA from Warwick University.
Sahil Agarwal

Sahil Agarwal leads FTI Consulting’s Infrastructure and Regulatory Finance practice in EMEA with a focus on core infrastructure assets. Andrew Storer

Andrew began his career as an apprentice at NEI, progressing through various engineering roles on large coal, gas, and nuclear projects, including Sizewell B.
At Rolls-Royce, he became Programme Director for the civil nuclear business, following senior roles in submarine fleet support and primary plant components. He also contributed to UK–US collaboration at the MoD ahead of the Dreadnought programme.
Appointed CEO of the Nuclear AMRC in 2017, Andrew drove innovation in manufacturing and supply chain solutions. He led the Winning UK Business work programme as part of the Nuclear Sector Deal and in 2022, was part of the sprint team that established the framework for Great British Nuclear.
He recently founded Nuclear Collaboration Ltd (NucCol), utilising supply chain capability previously at NAMRC, focusing on clean energy supply chain analysis and development, and delivering leading interventions such as Fit For Nuclear (F4N).
Andrew is currently an Executive Director of the Nuclear Industry Association, UK representative on the Generation IV International Forum, and a member of the Royal Society’s Nuclear Cogeneration Steering Group. He is Visiting Professor at Flinders University and a Fellow of the Nuclear Institute.

Georgios Kalpias

Allan Baker

Allan has worked at Société Générale for 17 years, and in the energy sector for more than 35 years, initially as an engineer and then in finance. During his career he has advised on and/or financed a broad spectrum of energy and infrastructure projects in Europe, the US and Asia including in the renewable energy sector, particularly in offshore wind. He has been involved in CCUS policy development and financing around the world for 15 years, and most recently Allan advised on the successful £8bn debt financing for Net Zero Teesside (CCGT with CCS) and Northern Endurance Partnership (CO2 pipeline and offshore store infrastructure) in the UK. He is currently also acting as Financial Advisor for the EETH (Vertex) blue Hydrogen project, also in the UK. Allan plays a leading role in developing the banks’ global energy transition strategy and has helping to drive innovation in other new areas of energy transition; notably advising on floating wind transactions, including currently the 1GW Cerulean Winds floating offshore wind project in the UK, interconnector projects, including renewables to market projects, and hydrogen developments.
Allan is also a key contributor to clean energy policy development and is currently a member of the UK government CCUS Council and the Hydrogen Expert Group.
Allan has a BSc (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering, an MBA, is a Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers and a Chartered Engineer.
Kelly Malone

Kelly Malone works as a Partner of King & Spalding LLP and serves as the head of the firm’s Nuclear Power Team. He regularly advises National Governments and State-owned companies during the procurement, development, financing and construction of large nuclear power plants and has served as lead legal advisor on some of the highest profile nuclear power mandates globally, including (i) the $ 20-25 Billion, 4800 MW Akkuyu Nuclear Power Project in Turkey, which incorporated four VVER-1200 pressurised water reactors, and (ii) the procurement, construction, financing, ownership and operation by a State-owned company located in the Middle East of (up to) 3200 MW Large Nuclear Power Plant (currently ongoing).
Lynne Matthews

Lynne Matthews FNucI is founder of LM Consultants and a strategic advisor working across the global nuclear sector. Her career includes the development of the UK’s first new nuclear power stations in a generation, including the first-of-a-kind infrastructure programmes Hinkley Point C and Sizewell C.
Lynne led the UK’s ground-breaking national workforce campaign Destination Nuclear, bringing together industry, government and education to strengthen the talent pipeline needed to deliver the UK’s nuclear new build programme.
She now advises organisations across the nuclear ecosystem on strategy, stakeholder engagement and sector capability, helping address global capability challenges across the nuclear supply chain and supporting the talent and collaboration needed to deliver the next generation of nuclear programmes.

Jim Mowatt

Currently a Director of UK and Ireland’s largest trade union – Unite, Jim is from a Clydeside engineering background.
As a mature student, Jim studied economics at Heriot-Watt University and as a post-graduate at Edinburgh University conducted research into Adult Education.
A Fellow of Cogent the Sector Skills Council, Jim was a Director of the National Skills Academy.
Jim has represented his union at all levels. Signing the first single table agreement in the privatised utilities, the first single union deal in the steel industry and led for all unions in the chemical and oil sector in the UK, Ireland and Europe. For 18 years Jim served as a board member on the Engineering Construction Council.
After Chernobyl Jim was part of the European team which set up health & safety procedures in the Bulgarian Nuclear Industry.
For ten years Jim contributed to the Runge Management Course at Balliol College, Oxford.
Matt Firla-Cuchra

With over 25 years of experience in banking and consulting, Matt advises on strategy, regulation and financing of utilities and infrastructure. He has worked on developing various market regimes that enable private capital to fund investments in infrastructure. Matt has advised on 20+ major deals in energy, water and transport including Centrica on Sizewell C, CEZ on Dukovany and Temelin, HM Government on Hinkley Point C and Thames Water on Tideway. Matt also works for governments and regulators and has led projects for Ofwat, Ofgem, CAA, ORR, Ofcom, the EC and HMG, and provided expert testimony to the High Court, CMA, CAT and HMRC. Matt began his career at Citigroup and is an expert on structured finance. Prior to his 14 years as a partner at KPMG, Matt was the Head of Finance at Oxera. He has extensive formal training in finance and economics having studied and taught courses at Oxford and Harvard.
